Whole weeks overlapping the selected range are included (data is held per week). “Day / Night on-call total” is the time each shift was on call in the period (default Day 60h, Night 108h per week — both editable in Settings). Compare them to Day / Night available to see coverage depth. “Adjusted total” subtracts hours deducted via leader notes.

Set the minimum crew that must be on at all times before the Coverage page flags a gap. Changes apply immediately to every week.

On-call rotation hours — per week

Total time each shift is on call in a week. Used in Reports to compare available hours against total rotation time. Defaults: Day 60h (Mon–Fri 0600–1800), Night 108h (weeknights + Fri 1800→Mon 0600).
